Barretstown

My wife recently participated in a fundraiser for this Paul Newman Hole in the Wall Gang camp located in Barretstown, Ireland...

Enjoy!

Irish Rugby

The only sport that I really enjoy watching over here...

Leinster (in blue) defeated Edinburgh in a wild finish 37-28.

These guys are tough. No pads and no fake injuries as in soccer. Rugby is the real deal...

Happy Mother's Day!

Wicklow Mountains

I took this with a camera phone, believe it or not.

Definitely no Photoshopping here...

We went for a hike in the nearby Wicklow mountains and I took this on a whim.

The unbelievable beauty of nature!

Kibera Slum -- Nairobi, Kenya

One of my most personal ambitions is to help bring awareness to the plight of those living in Kibera, Africa's largest slum.

John Muga is one of those residents...

Havana video

... a wee bit of footage from my recent visit...

Saying goodbye to Cuba...

My last sight of Havana as I head for home...

Old Havana

The old town is bounded by real and replica cannons and cannonballs buried in the streets. Makes for a more interesting tourist experience.
